FAQ

How do I charge my devices with Halo?

Plug Halo into a power source using the USB-C input port on the back. You can either use the included USB-C to USB-A charging cable, or your own USB-C cable. Once it's plugged in, place your phone on the front charging pad and your earphones on the back charging pad to wirelessly charge them.

How many devices can I charge at once with Halo?
Halo can charge two devices at a time: your phone and earphones.

How does the Halo work?
Halo will power your phone and earphones when it's plugged into a power source. The magnetic wireless charging ring on the front will charge your phone and the charging pad on the back will charge your earphones. The LED light and Bluetooth speaker settings can be used while Halo is plugged-in (and charging your devices), or they can be used portably, on-the-go.

How much will Halo charge my device?
Halo will fast-charge your phone and earphones. It delivers up to 15W of power for phones and 5W for earphones.

How does the 1,800mAh power bank work?

The 1,800mAh built-in power bank of Halo is designed for extended audio enjoyment. This means that you can use the wireless Bluetooth speaker functionality on-the-go.

Can I charge my devices with Halo on-the-go?

Halo must be plugged into a power source to charge your phone and earphones. You are able to use these features on-the-go if Halo is plugged into an external, portable power bank.

Can I use my devices while they are connected to the Halo?
You can easily use your phone while it is charging and connected to the magnetic attraction of the Halo. You cannot use your earphones while they are charging as they need to be left in their case to recharge.
