COMPATIBILITY

HydroPower is compatible with Qi wireless charging devices and USB powered devices. Please see a list below of all the devices that the HydroPower can charge.

Apple: HydroPower can charge virtually any Apple device. Simply attach your own cable to the power bank using the USB-C or USB-A output ports. iPhone models 8 or later, AirPods 2nd generation or later, and all AirPods Pro can also charge wirelessly on top of the power bank.

USB-C/Android: HydroPower can charge virtually any USB-C/Android device. Simply attach your own cable to the power bank using the USB-C or USB-A output ports. Samsung Galaxy 6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds can also charge wirelessly on top of the power bank.

Qi Wireless: HydroPower can charge any Qi wireless device. This includes the iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later, and other Qi-enabled devices. It can also charge AirPods 2nd generation or later, AirPods Pro all generations, Samsung Buds, and Pixel Buds.

Other: HydroPower can charge loads of other devices. Simply attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports and then plug the cable into the device you wish to charge.

How does the HydroPower work?
HydroPower is a vacuum-sealed, insulated water bottle with a portable wireless charger and power bank. To use the water bottle, simply remove the lid and fill it with either a hot or cold liquid. Securely screw the lid back in place before transporting it. To charge your devices, use the power bank located at the bottom of the water bottle. It can charge either through USB-C/USB-A output ports or Qi wireless charging. The power bank must be unscrewed and placed on a flat surface to use the Qi wireless charging pad. Please see the Compatibility drop-down for a full list of devices that the HydroPower can charge.

How do I clean the HydroPower water bottle?
Before washing, you must remove the charging base from the bottle. It is recommended to hand wash only with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.

WARNING: YOU MUST REMOVE THE POWER BANK FROM THE BOTTOM OF HYDROPOWER BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY TYPE OF CLEANING.

How do I recharge the Power Bank?
It’s simple! HydroPower can be recharged by using the USB-A to USB-C cable that is included with your purchase. Alternatively, you can use our 4-in-1 Fast Charging cable, or any other compatible cable of your choice. Note, you must use the USB-C port on the power bank to recharge it. The USB-C port is for both input (recharging) and output (charging your device). However, the USB-A port on the power bank is for output only (charging your device).

How much will it charge my device?
HydroPower has a 6,000mAh battery. This is how much power will be transferred to your phone or device. The battery of HydroPower is fully charged when all four white lights are illuminated. The power bank will need to be recharged when no lights are illuminated. We suggest checking the size of your phone battery or device to understand how much charge your device will receive from the 6,000mAh battery of HydroPower. Typically, it will provide a phone with two full charges.

Can I take HydroPower on a plane?
Yes, HydroPower is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure the bottle is empty when passing through security checkpoints. Also, ensure to bring it as carry-on only, not to be placed in checked luggage as it's a battery device.

Wireless Charger

A detachable 6,000mAh power bank at the base will charge Qi wireless enabled devices, including phones and earphones.

USB Charger

Connect the included cable or your own cable to charge directly using the USB-A and USB-C output ports on the power bank.

Cable Storage

Store the included USB-A to USB-C charging cable at the base of the bottle, above the power bank.

Easy Hydration

The vacuum-insulated bottle has a 700mL capacity and will keep liquids hot or cold for up to 12 hours. It also includes a convenient flip straw lid and carrying strap.

Travel Ready

HydroPower will keep you powered and hydrated anywhere you go. It’s also permitted in carry-on bags when traveling by plane.

I purchased two bottles, one as a gift and one for myself as I like the concept of the bottles that can Charge your phone. The one I gifted was very warmly received and I asked the receiver and he said it works very well. I haven't opened the one I received for myself as I was sent the wrong colour (black instead of green). I am wondering if I can exchange to get the colour I ordered so I can try the product out for myself. Thanks.
