How long does it take to fully charge the Jump?
The Jump takes approximately 4.35 hours to be fully charged.
To recharge the Jump, simply connect a charging cable to the USB-C input port of the Jump. Connect the other end of the cord to the wall socket using a supported wall charger.
How do you turn off the Jump?
The Jump has automatic shut-off when charging is complete. As an alternative, you can manually turn off the Jump by long-pressing the Power Button to shut it down.
How many times will the Jump charge a vehicle if it has full battery?
Approximately 30 times.
How many times will the Jump charge my cell phone?
Approximately 3-4 times for an iPhone 11.
How do I charge my phone or device with the Jump?
Plug a charging cable into the USB-A output port of the Jump. Connect the other end of the cord into your phone or device. Press the Power Button to turn it on and begin charging.

What is the storage battery life of the Jump?
When fully charged, the battery of the Jump will last approximately 6-12 months. However, we recommend recharging it every 3 months.
