CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Always put the safety cap on when not in use. When your device is plugged into the Venus, avoid charging it in a restricted area, such as a pocket or handbag. Don't forget to take it out of your pocket before washing your clothes. Recharge for minimum of 2 hours to achieve battery capacity. The Venus is fully charged when all blue lights are illuminated.

How does my Pulse Charge Venus work?

The Venus is a portable, external battery that provides additional power to your phone and other devices. Simply insert the tip of the Venus into your device and it will automatically connect and begin to charge.

How do I recharge my Venus?

It’s simple! All you need to do is take the cable that charges your device and plug it into the side of the Venus.

For an even more convenient way to charge, the Venus has pass-through technology. This means that you can recharge your Venus and charge your device at the same time!

To do this, plug your charging cable into the side of the Venus and then connect your device to the Venus. In the same time it usually takes to charge only your device, you’ll have a fully charged phone and fully charged Venus to take with you on the go.

How much will it charge my device?

The Venus has a 4000mAh battery. This is how much power will be transferred into your phone or device.

The battery of the Venus is fully charged when all blue lights illuminated. The Venus will need to be recharged when no lights are illuminated.

We suggest checking the size of your phone battery or device to understand how much charge your device will receive from the 4000mAh battery of the Venus.

Can I use my device while the Venus is connected?

Yes! The compact size and design of the Venus means you can easily text, take calls, or surf the web all whilst charging your device – that’s the convenience of Pulse Charge!

Only pick up and use one device at a time with the Venus. If you are charging two devices at once, it’s best to keep them on a flat surface until the charging is complete, or until one of them is removed from the Venus.

Please note that the Venus is not compatible with Lifeproof or Otterbox cases. These cases are too thick and will need to be removed before you to plug in and use the Venus.

Can I take the Venus on the plane?

Yes, the Venus is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure to take it as a carry on only, not to be placed in checked in luggage as it's a battery device.

Butterfly Fantasy fantastic. Works well.
Pink would not completely charge only 3 blue dots showing during 3 hour first charge.
I changed usb charger now 4 blue dots, and fully charged Thanks for the video. Now all good .

I brought the duo pack Venus Charger, pack as they had just released the new one Butterfly Dreams, I am going home to see my friend I am taking one to her, as I can’t be without mine now I just love the fact that you don’t need to be attached to a cord, once your phone is charged you can charge your Venus overnight and take it with you, knowing that no matter where you are you can always keep your phone charged I now never leave home without my Venus, They are so on trend with their colours and now there beautiful collection of limited editions, a must have

Duo Pack Venus Portable Universal Chargers

Shipment time was excellent, within a few days of placing order.
The whole concept of this charger is great as far as size to carry in bag or wherever for quick charge out and about. My only issue with it is the stick cover makes it a bit awkward to insert safely as gets in the way and feel that if it had a longer attachment loop to allow to slip off and push to side would make it easier and safer for connecting.
